Mindfulness is a practice that has its origins in the Buddhist tradition, and can help change the way we perceive our life, especially stressful situations. As a mind/body approach, it can increase our ability to manage difficult situations, and make wise choices, by becoming accutely aware of our minute by minute expereinces.


A growing body of evidence has found, that when we intentionally practice mindfulness, we feel less stressed, anxious and depressed. Mindfulness can be used as a tool to manage your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I offer a 4  week one to one course in the practice of MBCT (Mindfullness based cognitive therapy), or alternatively you can enjoy a simple mindfulness meditation session to give you a taste of the experience. 



One hour mindfulness taster session - teaching basic concepts and meditation -  £25


4 Week (one hour) one to one mindfullness course, focussing on deeper practice and use - £80
